1hr of priority support monthly via email or support ticket system North American EST Business hours 8 a.m.-8 p.m.  Max 4 Tickets or cases. Initial contact max 4 hr. response time. Follow up responses 4 hour response time. So in one 12 hour period you can expect at least one initial contact and one follow up.  Wait time for response not included in support time calculation. Support time usage is calculated on case by case basis. When nearing limit of 1 hours support time you will asked for verbal consent to be invoiced for overages and given an estimate of cost to resolution . We strive for resolution of all tickets or cases  max 4 tickets  within the hour of dedicated priority support but do not guarantee it.
